  • INGREDIENTS:
  • Boiled Chana- 1cup
  • Sprouts – ½ cup
  • Chopped cucumber- 2teaspoon
  • Chopped onion- 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped carrots- 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped tomatoes- 2teaspoon
  • Lemon juice- 1teaspoon
  • Chat masala- ½ teaspoon
  • Salt – 2-3 pinches

Method: Mix the above ingredients and serve it in a bowl with chopped coriander leaves. It is an excellent weight loss breakfast. Can sprinkle flaxseed powder for additional benefits.
